lol i was just about to post this. BTW, this is an internet browser RAM (memory) mod, it is not an entirely new browser but instead enables the psp access to all the RAM available therefor loading websites faster.

does this make it so it has more "memmory" persay like when it says

"Not enough memmoy" when a page that has alot of pictures loads?

Yes. This allows the PSP to use all its RAM (32Mb on the FAT, 64Mb on the SLIM) for internet browing causing the "Not enough memory" message to be display less often and allowing pages to load faster.
